Mind & Body.

I was reading about 5 techniques to help you through that grueling exercise of yours. These are things to get you into a meditative state of mind. Breath in fresh ideas and exhale the negativity in your body as it tries to hold you back. Realease all toxins that promote the idea of quiting. Realization of letting your thoughts float freely can take your mind off of the task at hand. Focus in on the main goal and visualize the results you will acheive. Success trains both our mind and body to be ready for more physically and mentally demanding expectations of our environment.
