Hold The Fructose!!
In a year, the average American consumes close to their body weight in High Fructose Corn Syrup! There are many ways around eating HFCS though, just be sure to check labels and the more natural the food is, the better luck you will have. Try to avoid it by all means, it could be quite costly to your health.
